Irony.
A couple of days ago I was depressed because I had no choices in purchasing a house. Now, I have choices. Now I am in agony trying to decide. Life is a hoot. Life comes along and kicks you in the pants and says 'so there!'. Life has a sense of humor.
So, now, I am in agony and laughing at myself at the same time.
Is this the epitome of health or insanity?

Sounds like a healthy insanity to me.
Being able to laugh at yourself means you are sane, ha ha ha
